At Axton Scott, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

To request a refund or replacement, please email:

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Items damaged through normal wear, washing, misuse, or accidental damage are not eligible.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
